What is it?
Citrulline is an amino acid involved in metabolic processes in the body and is associated with the arginine and nitric oxide pathways.
Citrulline malate combines citrulline and malate and is one of the most widely used ingredients in pre-workout formulas.
BETA-ALANINE 2000mb STANDARD DOSE / 4000mg ADVANCED DOSE
What is it?
Beta-alanine is an amino acid that the body uses to synthesize carnosine.
Carnosine occurs naturally in the body, including in skeletal muscle.
Unlike stimulating ingredients such as caffeine, beta-alanine is not used for an immediate stimulating effect. With regular intake, carnosine concentrations in the muscles gradually increase.
What about the tingling sensation?
After consuming beta-alanine, some people may experience a temporary tingling or prickling sensation on the skin, known as paresthesia.
The intensity can vary depending on the amount consumed and individual sensitivity.
AAKG 1000mg STANDARD DOSE / 2000mg ADVANCED DOSE
What is it?
AAKG is a combination of the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate.
Arginine is involved in a number of normal metabolic processes in the human body and serves as a substrate in nitric oxide synthesis.
Why did we combine it with citrulline?
Rather than building the formula around a single ingredient, we used a combination of citrulline malate and AAKG as part of EXECUTE's overall formula.
L-TYROSINE 500mg STANDARD DOSE / 1000mg ADVANCED DOSE
What is it?
L-tyrosine is an amino acid that acts as a precursor in the synthesis of catecholamines, including dopamine and norepinephrine.
Because of its biochemical role, tyrosine is a common ingredient in sports supplements and pre-workout formulas.
TAURINE 500mg STANDARD DOSE / 1000mg ADVANCED DOSE
What is it?
Taurine is a naturally occurring compound found in various tissues throughout the human body.
It is widely used as an ingredient in sports supplements and pre-workout formulas.
CAFFEINE 75mg STANDARD DOSE / 150mg ADVANCED DOSE
What is it?
Caffeine is one of the most recognizable ingredients in pre-workout products.
With EXECUTE, we deliberately chose not to follow the “more = better” approach.
The two serving options allow you to adjust your intake based on individual caffeine sensitivity and training time.

During sweating, the body loses water and electrolytes.
EXECUTE contains sea salt and potassium, with potassium provided in the form of potassium chloride.
Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.

What is it?
Piperine is a naturally occurring compound found in black pepper (Piper nigrum).
