SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates
Deliveries are carried out via courier (Econt or Speedy).

- Office delivery: €2.64
- Address delivery: €3.27

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days within Bulgaria.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within Bulgaria only.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Payment
Payment is made upon delivery via Cash on Delivery (postal money order). You pay the courier when you receive your package.
