Refund policy

RETURN POLICY / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

2. Return Conditions
The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, with no signs of use.

3. Procedure
The customer must contact us at: protocol.13.team@gmail.com and return the product to the sender's address.

4. Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

5. Refund
The amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

6. Exceptions
Opened dietary supplements and products with damaged packaging are not eligible for return.
