PROTOCOL 13 EXECUTE is a high-performance pre-workout formula designed for maximum energy, focus, and muscular endurance during intense training. Directions for use: Mix 1 scoop (9.2 g) with 200–250 ml water, 20–30 minutes before training (standard dose). For higher physical exertion — 2 scoops (18.5 g) with 300–400 ml water, 20–30 minutes before training (advanced dose).

CITRULLINE MALATE
Citrulline is an amino acid involved in processes related to the production of arginine and nitric oxide in the body.
Citrulline malate is widely used in pre-workout formulas and may support blood flow, the sensation of a muscle “pump,” and exercise performance during high-intensity training.
EXECUTE provides 4 g in a standard serving and 8 g in a double serving, allowing you to choose the amount based on your training needs.
BETA-ALANINE
Beta-alanine is an amino acid that the body uses to produce carnosine — a compound that accumulates in the muscles.
Carnosine is involved in buffering the acidity that increases during high-intensity exercise. Regular beta-alanine intake may support muscular endurance and help maintain training intensity.
Unlike caffeine, beta-alanine is not a stimulant, and its effects are associated with regular intake and gradual accumulation over time.
In some people, beta-alanine may temporarily cause a characteristic tingling or warming sensation on the skin. This sensation is known as paresthesia and usually subsides within a short period of time.
AAKG
AAKG is a combination of L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate.

CAFFEINE
